Frequently asked questions
We now have the PMCARE FAQ list that we hope will help
you answer some of the more common ones.
1. How long in advance do I have to make an appointment?
If this fits the agenda, this can even be done up to a day in advance.
2. Is there a maximum distance you travel?
My working environment is Nieuw Vennep. Due to a busy and full agenda, I am no longer taking new clients outside of this.
Are you looking for a pedicure in another city? Then search for: ambulatory pedicure, then the place of residence. Hopefully this will help you find a nice, passionate colleague.
3. Can I also book an appointment for before 8:30 AM?
My opening hours are Monday, Wednesday till Friday from 8:30 AM till 17:30 PM. Up on request this could be earlier if necessary.
4. Do I need to prepare for the visit?
No preparation is required. PMCARE takes care of the entire equipment and products.
5. Are the products you use allergic resistant?
The skin milk from Dimanche Ureumline is free from allergens. They are effective in restoring the moisture balance in the skin and recommended for diabetics. Special perfume-free foot skin milk is available for problem skin.
6. Do you charge extra for longer distances outside of Nieuwe Vennep?
Extra costs of €2,50 will be added outside Nieuw Vennep until 10 KM from our address. Outside location on request. Excluding parking costs.
7. Do you need a parking spot?
The supplies are transported in a pedicure trolly. A parking space nearby is sufficient.
8. Do I get a discount if I do multiple treatments?
We are more than happy to come to you for multiple/different treatments. The prices we offer have already been made competitively for you. Keep an eye on our Instagram page for any benefits.
9. Do you also visit customers who live on floor one and up?
If there is an elevator in the building, this is no problem.
10. Do you also treat fungus and warts?
Fungal nails are also treated! It is important that the nail is kept clean. However, the fungus will not disappear by the treatment alone. It is certainly possible to get rid of this annoying problem. With the right attitude, perseverance and patience. The nails must be treated daily with a gel. Because mold spores also nestle in shoes and continue to contaminate in this way, it is useful to treat all shoes inside with an antifungal. It takes time before the affected (yellow) parts of the nail have completely grown out.
Warts are caused by a virus and could disappear on their own. If you have no patience, you can put salicylic acid ointment yourself or having your doctor freeze the wart.
